Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time
- Production Time: Because each item in our store is custom-made just for you, it takes 2–5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.
- Shipping Time: This depends entirely on your location. We use historical delivery data for your specific region to calculate how long the courier will take to deliver your package. You will see the estimated timeframe at checkout.

Why might my delivery take a little longer?
We always aim to meet our delivery estimates, but occasionally unexpected delays can happen. Common reasons include:
- Quality Control & Customization Checks: If we notice any issues during production, we may pause the process to adjust the setup. We want to ensure you receive a flawless product!
- Temporary Stock Availability: On rare occasions, a specific size or color might take an extra day or two to restock.
- Courier Delays: Factors outside our control, such as severe weather, missed delivery attempts, or regional carrier disruptions, can sometimes affect delivery speeds.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your estimated delivery date has passed, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 3 business days before reaching out. Couriers occasionally experience minor logistical delays, and packages usually arrive within this extra window.
